THE ELEMENTZ
‘Crushmode’

I always thought that The Elementz was a rap crew from Birmingham that dropped an album on Different Drummer back in 2001. I guess the Z in their name helps the confusion. So here it is ‘Crushmode’, eighteen tracks deep it rolls like the perfect soundtrack to the UK streets. All the normal ‘big name’ acts feature such as Taskforce, Skinnyman, Wretch 32, Loudmouth, Malik from Moorish Delta 7 and Karizma from Out Da Ville. It also features the skills of some of the best ‘up & coming names’ out of the UK such as TB, Big Cakes, Dubbeledge, English and Shameless. Musically its very different, don’t expect those jazzy Jehst, DJ IQ and LG type beats here as its more club friendly with lashings of old skool electro influences. Make sure you peep for this.
