 When did you release your first song?
1986 – My Dad is an Irish musician, he used to play for Michael Flatly from around 1970 to about 1997, I was a very, very young tin whistle player on a record that came out alongside the magnificent Joe Burke (Google the name you may find my credit if you look hard enough and if you know my real name???????)
What’s been your biggest track so far to date?
DJ Vokal has smashed it up with his version of ‘Ghetto Girl’ alongside Lethal AKA Harry Shotta and Mr Ti2bs that track has continued to have big support from Kiss, Galaxy, Radio One and 1xtra to name a few.
Who producers your music?
Lunatrix (that’s me) Kroscene, Kid Rad.. That’s it really, although there are various producers Kid Rad is working with on his new album.. Wait and see I’m especially feeling Destruction, Tricksta and Show & Prove in the UK at the moment…
What record label are you on?
OYM Records, Fully Deep Records Joint C.E.O of both alongside DJ Vokal
Have you released any music videos?

What has the response been like to your music in your hometown?
Not bad in all fairness I’ve just got back from a premiere of the HHB Promo amoungst a load of short films I was freaking out at the amount of people (young and old) who knew who we were! There is also good feedback and response to the regular local gigs we’ve attended and put on ourselves!!!
Being independent can be a grind! How are you finding it?
I Love it, like track Track 23 on the ‘UK State of Mind’ CD (Don’t forget to pick that up 23rd of July in HMV and all other retailers).
What are your thoughts on digital distribution?
Great as long as it gets out to the people!
Do you have an agent for bookings/tours?

Have you had much DJ support? Radio play? Mixtape features?
Yeah (OYM artists) have been on several UK Runnings CD’s by Tricksta (much love to him each and every time) also on some NGU stuff and many others too, DJ’s who’ve supported us recently gotta give it up for DJ MK, Dynamite MC, Rodney P & Skitz and Mr Jam…
What subject matters do you cover in your lyrics?
Any thing that aint rapping about rap that shit is tired and just plain boring (although I’d admit we’ve all done it in the past)!!! I’d rather hear a man rap about how he prepares cheese on toast or how he eats his Cabreys cream egg than that.

Outside of music how do relax?
I like a bevy maybe a bit of a smoke once in a while, I like football (AVFC for life), like the odd game of pool or badminton, I really like long walks (with the I Pod) and cycling sometimes too, I’m a boring old fart at heart I’m more than happy with a good film and some decent food mate, my raving days are well and truly over… err well maybe!!!
